2021 CFG Open to benefit the Massachusetts Soldiers Legacy Fund
Description
It has been a long time coming but we are finally ready to hit the greens, spend some time as a team, and raise some money for a great cause! On Thursday, September 9th, Centinel Financial Group will be hosting our 2021 CFG OPEN at Indian Pond Country Club in Kingston, MA. The mission is simple: to have fun and raise awareness as well as funds for the Massachusetts Soldiers Legacy Fund!
As many of you know, the Massachusetts Soldiers Legacy Fund is a charitable trust that seeks to honor Massachusetts Fallen Servicemen and Servicewomen who were killed while deployed on Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, by providing educational assistance grants to the children of the fallen soldiers. Since its founding in 2004 the MSLF has granted over $2.5 Million in education grants to the children of Massachusetts residents who died in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Thanks to the support of XXXX and Delaware Life Insurance, the costs for this event have been completely covered. As a result, 100% of the funds raised will be donated directly to the Massachusetts Soldiers Legacy Fund! We are asking for a minimum donation of $100 for your participation in this event but you are of course welcome to donate more to this wonderful cause if you are able. Your participation donation will include 18 holes of golf at Indian Pond, a boxed lunch and a cocktail reception following the tournament.
