Ajay Growthman is an Operations Associate in the Needham office, supporting the practice of George A. Bernet, CFP®, AIF, CRPC®, CMFC®, CLTC, alongside Brittany Russell, CFP® BFA™, and Scott Cicerone. He is a recent graduate of Bentley University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance while completing the CFP® concentration, along with minors in Law and International Affairs.
Ajay brings a strong academic foundation and a fresh perspective to this growing team, paired with a commitment to delivering efficient, thoughtful support. With a detail-oriented mindset, he is focused on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to a positive client experience.
