After a seasoned career in baseball, that includes being drafted by the New York Yankees in 1991, Whitney began his financial practice in 1994 with the same winning attitude and conditioning for his clients that drove him as a professional athlete. Whitney began his financial career with Signator Investors, Inc. from 1994-1999, then worked with Citigroup-Smith Barney from 1999-2009 and UBS Financial Services from 2009-2013. His practice has come full circle from the investment banking world, as Whitney rejoined Signator Investors, Inc., (now Royal Alliance Associates, Inc.) in 2013. This allows Whitney to help his clients manage their investable assets with a personalized, approach. As an advocate for financial security, Whitney is known for his ability to break down complex financial concepts into simple, well-defined strategies for his clients.
Whitney graduated from the University of South Florida in 1993 and continues to hold records for career winning percentages from 1989-1991 for the University.
Whitney and his wife, Melissa, are long-time residents of Marstons Mills and enjoy spending time with their children, Benjamin and Caroline.
